Senior High School
"Where the Future Begins"
Senior High School (SHS) refers to Grade 11 and Grade 12. It is the last two years of the K-12 Basic Education Program. Students are required to go through a core curriculum and subjects under the track of their choice.VMA Senior High School is offering Academic Tracks such as Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), Pre Baccalaureate Maritime, and under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track (TVL) is Home Economics (Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Services, and Cookery).
ACADEMIC TRACK
ABM
ABM stands for Accountancy, Business and Management. This strand focuses on the basic concepts of Financial Management and Business Management. This strand is for those who have an eye for the business world.
HUMSS
Humanities and Social Sciences is a strand designed for students with knowledge and skills designed for those who want to pursue Academic Degrees such as Bachelor in Elementary & Secondary Education, AB Political Science, BS Psychology, Bachelor in Criminology and many more.
Pre-Baccalaureate Maritime
Pre-Baccalaureate Maritime is a modified program under the Academic Track. The goal of this strand is to encourage SHS graduates to pursue Maritime Higher Education. This strand leads to BS Maritime Transportation and BS Marine Engineering.
TVL
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track is focused on practical knowledge and job-ready training. This strand offers TESDA National Certificate which allows you to get a job right on-spot.

Thank you for visiting our page and welcome to School Year 2021-2022!
It is a great honor to be with you this year. It is my sincere pleasure to work with you together with our devoted Faculty and Staff. Our goal for this year is to provide an excellent educational experience to our students despite the situation we are in right now. Our Faculty is still on that same track to provide and to ensure that our students receive the best support to learn and to grow. Our department has been dedicated to achieving these goals for the past year.
In addition to that, this year, we want to provide our High School VMA’ers the experience that motivates and inspires them to be lifelong learners with positive values, equipped with 21st Century Skills that creatively innovates and responds to the needs and demands brought by the change of today’s time. Our goal is to provide that nurturing environment to meet the demands of each student, especially during their Online classes.
We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and your child to deliver a safe and effective learning environment. I wish we can see and talk face to face next school year. You can always call or message us with concerns, suggestions, or questions. I wish you, your family, especially our student great success for this school year.
