Registrar Services

The Registrar’s office is the repository of records pertaining to the academic performance and the academic requirements such as courses to be offered and number of units given to a subject in accordance with the requirements prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

The Registrar shall be responsible for the school records of students, it is also responsible for maintenance, updating, evaluation and safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of the academic records of students, keeping track of their progress towards the completion of their course or degree in college, and her functions and responsibilities explicitly stated by the school. The issuance of student records shall be done by the Registrar in accordance with the law and the regulations contained in the 1992 MRPS and MORPHE (2008).
