           The program in SEAFARER: Catering/Stewarding was created and structured on actual preparation for a job on board vessel. This course consists of hotel and restaurant operations for passenger ship, cargo and tanker.

The curriculum for SEAFARER: Catering/Stewarding focuses on culinary arts and stewarding which include food preparations and services, catering management, bar tendering, housekeeping, seamanship, safety and emergency procedures.

The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management is a four-year program designed to provide the needed professional preparation and training for exciting and rewarding careers in the tourism industry. The program integrates a competency based training methodology to prepare graduates to become globally competitive, professionally competent, morally upright, and socially responsible contributors to national development.
The program envisions to provide students with a greater understanding of tourism and its role in local, national and global, economic, social and cultural development. The program orients students with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage human, physical and financial resources of tourism regions in an environmentally responsible manner.
The program aims to provide students with a global prospective of the tourism industry by developing in them the ability to translate national development goals into viable tourism plans and programs and helping the country generate foreign exchange by providing the industry with highly-trained professionals.

The Hotel and Restaurant Management Curriculum provides a synthesis of different skills, concepts and principles specializing in hospitality training. It involves the study and application of practical and managerial knowledge and functions such as hotel and restaurant operations, culinary arts, food service, hospitality education and research that are essential in preparing the students to become adept future restaurateurs and hoteliers.

Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation is a program incorporating nautical science, marine operations and maritime shipping business management. It deals with the art and science of ship operations, navigating, and ship stability (load and discharge different types of cargo).

BS. Marine Engineering is a program incorporating the operation of the ship’s main engine, auxiliaries and other propulsion and adjunct machinery. The marine engineers are responsible for efficient and smooth operation and maintenance of the ship propulsion plant, taking care of all the engineering equipment installed in the ship including the electrical and refrigeration machine.

Major in Financial Management:

The Financial Management program aims to prepare the students to possess a strong foundation on theory, principles and concepts, as well as analytical tools and perspectives that would provide a sound and competitive basis for financial decision making.

The program requires high levels of dynamism and commitment from the students.  The students will work in depth in each course through proper balancing of finance theory and research with the practical aspects of financial management.
